Twisted Thursday S2GSC11

It's time for another Shirley's 2 girls Twisted Thursday Sketch challenge, woohoo!! Today's sketch is rather simple, so I hope that you all can play along!! Also I would like to say a special Thank you to all of you who wished me a happy birthday last week!! I had a fabulous birthday and I couldn't have asked for anything better!! Here are the details of this weeks challenge:

Create a card, following this week’s sketch and “Twist” (make a 4X4 card)

You are not required to use Shirley’s 2 Girls stamps, but if you got'em, why not use them!

Upload your card to your favorite online gallery and/or your blog. If you upload to SCS or PCP, please use the keywords S2GSC11 AND shirleys2girls.

Post a direct link to your card using Mr. Linky ON THIS POST

The deadline for uploading your card is Sunday, May 24, 2009 at midnight PDT.

The winner will be chosen using Random.org, so everyone has a chance to win.

The winner will get to choose a stamp from the Shirley’s 2 Girls product list, and the winning card will be showcased on Karolyn's blog as well as on the Shirley’s 2 Girls store blog.

For today's challenge I used an adorable stamp called "Rooster Standing." It is available at Shirley's 2 Girls and was so much fun to color!! I even added some Platinum stickles to his collar to make him extra fancy!! This card is pretty simple, but sometimes the most simple cards turn out the cutest!! The funny thing about this card is the the sentiment that it comes with... "don't count your chickens before then hatch"...unfortunately with house shopping lately I have come to know this saying very well LOL...Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your Thursday!!
