Wedding Weekend

Today I thought that I would share with you a wedding card that I made for my cousin's wedding this past weekend (Congratulations Stephanie and Jeremy!!) The wedding cake image is actually a Vellum sticker that I purchased a while back at JoAnns...Don't you just love those shiny rhinestones on the frosting!! Since the cake sticker was pink and black, I decided to use a pink/black/polka dot theme for this card...I also added some faux pearl embelishments to the card since pearls were in absolutely everything in the wedding, how cute!!

The second picture is of the inside of the card...The vellum sticker is from the same set as the wedding cake and embelished with a crystal rhinestone...I love my bling on cards!! I added the sentiment to the inside of the card and finished off the front with some pink stitched ribbon...I hope they liked it...Thanks for stopping by!!

Memo Boards

Today I thought that I would post about some memo boards that I made as presents for 2 very special little birthday girls... Not only were they super easy and fun to make, but they are also one of a kind and can be designed to match any color scheme or theme!! How much fun!! Once the memo boards were complete, I wrapped them up using some fun pink polka dot cello and matching raffia for the bow...I also stamped up some "wild about you" birthday cards to match...Have a good day !!

Here are the supplies for the memo board:

1 canvas, 1 yard of cotton fabric, 3 yards of ribbon, 5 buttons, 2 yards of trim, apholstery needle, tapestry thread, and cotton batting

Stamps: Happy birthday sentiment
Embellishments: Prima flowers, paper from Targer dollar bin, faux pearls, black and white polka dot ribbon from Hobby Lobby, Black and white Chipboard buttons from Making memories
