Today I thought that I would share a Christmas Card that I made for a Swap that I recently hosted...I used the Season of Joy set from Stampin up for this holiday card...I stamped everything in chocolate chip ink and distressed all the images with tea distress ink...I used the flourish stamp to ink up the polka dot paper, just to add a little interest...I punched out two different sized snowflakes, distressed them, added a button and attached it to the card with foam mounting tape...I also added a little twine and wrapped it around the card vertically to add some texture...To finish it off, I stamped the phrase "Merry Christmas" on the bottom corner of the card...I love the way that this card turned out and I love the little punches of green that the buttons add...
NEWS:
Also I want to add that I am hosting another swap to end on March 1st...it is a Glitter card swap...if you are interested then please follow the link below to sign up...thanks for stopping by!!

What a beautiful card - you can really see how much work went in to it. Inspirational!
I love the distressing and the inked flourish. I always seem to get halfway through card construction before I remember I should do some inking of the edges. I love this look.
